ELIGIBILITY: Must be a Players Club member, 21 years of age or older to participate, able to present a valid photo ID, and must provide a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
ENTRY METHODS: One (1) FREE entry for every one hour of live play (time is reset each business day) in the Club Fortune Casino Poker Room. Tournament play and rake reduced games are not eligible towards promotion. Play must meet or exceed one hour unless a broken game is involved in which case a decision will be made at management’s discretion. It is the responsibility of all contestants to ensure that they sign in and out at the poker podium to ensure they are being properly credited for their play. Once a contestant does sign in he/she must leave their Players Club card on the poker table during game play. A contestant’s Players Club card will be picked up by Poker Room staff and they will be clocked out when a blind is missed (or 4 missed hands in Stud). Failure to sign out at the end of game play will result in no drawing tickets being awarded. Drawing tickets will be distributed at the end of each daily session and must be placed in the drawing drum at this time. Drawing tickets will also be distributed starting at 6:45PM on drawing days in order to have all tickets earned during that months earning period in the drawing drum. Additional bonus entries may be issued to Players Club members, in direct mail, e-mail or advertisements, at management’s discretion.

Players must write their Players Club Card number on the back of all drawing tickets dropped in the drawing drum otherwise the drawing tickets will not be eligible to win. Tickets are non-transferable and all drawing ticket numbers will be verified with the Poker Room distribution log.
CONTESTANT SELECTION CRITERIA: Drawings will be held on the last day of the month at 7PM with the exception of the final drawing which will be held on Jun 25th at 7PM. A total of four (4) contestants will be identified and receive a certificate to participate in the “Free WSOP Seat” Tournament that will take place on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 5:30PM. Contestants do not need to be present during the drawing to claim their prize. However, contestants will have one (1) week (except the final drawing where contestants will have until the start of the “Free WSOP Seat” Tournament, one week time period starts at 7pm the night of the drawing and ends 168 hours later) to bring in and validate a winning drawing ticket and claim their certificate at the Poker Room during hours of operation stating they will be a participant in the “Free WSOP Seat” Tournament. If the certificate is not claimed in the time frame stated the seat will be considered forfeited and will be vacant for the “Free WSOP Seat” Tournament. One (1) certificate per contestant for the entire duration of the promotion. In the event a person is drawn for a second certificate the drawn ticket will be forfeited and another ticket will be drawn until a first time winner is found. Once the drawing is completed for that month the drawing drum will be emptied and a new earning period will begin. Winning contestant names will be posted in the Poker Room for public view for the duration of the promotion.
“FREE WSOP SEAT” TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE (June 27th, 2010 at 5:30PM):
$10,000 Tournament chips
Blinds start out at 25-50 and double every 15 minutes until tournament is over (with the exception of round 5). When blinds are 100-200 we color up yellow (25) to grey (100) and get yellow chips off the table. After the first break the blinds will be 400-800, the next level will be 500-1000 at which time we will color up grey (100) to pink (500) eliminating the grey chips and at the 1000-2000 level we eliminate the pink (500) coloring up to white (1000)
Exposing a hand before all action is complete results in a dead hand, No exceptions
Action out of turn is binding along with verbal bets
An oversized chip does not constitute a raise
If you come across the betting line with chips in your hand without saying an amount everything in your hand plays

“FREE WSOP SEAT” TOURNAMENT PRIZES:
First Place Winner will receive a $10,000 buy-in to the 2010 WSOP Main Event (First Round Dates: July 5th – 8th at 12PM)
Second Place Winner will receive a 50” Plasma TV
Third Place Winner will receive $500 in CASH
Remaining participants will receive $50 in CASH
ADDITIONAL TERMS: It is the responsibility of all Players Club members to retain their entries and Club Fortune Casino is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged entries. Reproductions or alterations of entries will be considered void and not accepted. This promotion is not valid for persons not eligible to game at this property. Employees of Club Fortune Casino and their immediate family members are not eligible for this promotion.
Management reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time, without notice and has the right to disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or any other misconduct. Decisions of Club Fortune Casino management are final. By participating, entrants grant permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation from Club Fortune Casino. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal and/or state taxes, rules and regulations. Notice of rule changes will be considered sufficient as posted at the Poker Room.
